Bootcamp is inspired by military training techniques that helps improve cardio and aerobic capacity, strength training and weight loss.

Bootcamp class boasts a burst of exercises that varies from cardio and strength based movements. This class involves exercises that uses equipments to further help you improve your aerobic capacity and over-all strength combined with calisthenics. By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, gives you a total body workout and torches fat.
