PROGRESSIVE is an XP FITNESS HUB high-intensity program, developed exclusively in-house by our Senior Fitness Instructor Kyle Miranda. It’s a cardio-focused, high-intensity workout following the beat of the music and is focused on getting your heart rate up, burning calories and sweating it all out!
In the 45 to 50-minute program, the instructor will introduce movements one-by-one and have students repeat it as many times as possible before a new one is introduced. Most movements are high-intensity with room for active recovery in between.
Workout intensity is dependent on your personal performance in repeating the motions. To provide further motivation to participants, we provide them with real-time heart rate monitors so they can see their progress and heart rate – resulting in students encouraging each other to work harder and even some friendly competition.
