Jeremy has many years of experience in teaching Les Mills BODYPUMP in Hong Kong. He tries to provide challenging and motivating workouts for both beginners and experienced class members alike. With further training in Les Mills Advanced Instructor Module, he is passionate about creating great experiences in every class.
