This program features various stations, each designed to chanllenge and build endurance, strength, and overall fitness.
Combining strength training and cardio exercise offers a multitude of benefits for weight loss. This powerful combination increases calorie burn, preserves lean muscle mass, improves body composition, enhances cardiovascular fitness, and supports long-term weight management.
Participants will do back to back functional strength exercises then switch to cardio exercises or vice versa – 1 station then repeat for 4 stations.
