Yes you can walk-in however we do recommend to pre book your class to reserve before it gets fully booked.
We post our weekly timetable every Thursday. You can start booking for classes as soon as the timetable is out.
The studio will be closed when there is Black Rain or Typhoon 8. If signal is lowered, regular operation will resume 2 hours after.

Our 1st trial class is HKD 150. If you purchase any package on the same day the trial fee will be waived.

The studio has an outdoor area for equipped with battle ropes, fitness tubes, dumbbells, pull up bars that members can use for free. This area can also be used for bootcamps or any other outdoor programs, events etc.

The studio sells towels for HKD 50 each.
Yes we provide complimentary drinking water to make sure you stay hydrated throughout your class!
The studio provides usage of lockers. A refundable deposit of HKD 50 will be required.

YES. The studio offers award winning and internationally acknowledged programs. All programs are supported with research and statistics and are constantly developed to provide better results to participants. If movements are done or executed properly, participants can maximise the benefits offered by the programs.
The studio uses real-time heart rate devices connected to a flat screen monitor so participants can check their progress during the workout.
All instructors of the studio are qualified group fitness instructors and personal trainers with years of experience. Instructors of the studio are not only certified fitness instructors, they are master trainers of programs offered in the studio. (Master trainers are titles given to instructors who have a high level of understanding of the program, presenters of the program in the region, educators and trainers of potential instructors)
Most of the classes will be taught in English.
The studio offers a few fitness programs that are suitable for participants recovering from injuries, ie. Kangoo Jumps, 4D pro Bungee Fitness, however we highly recommend participants to seek approval from medical professionals before doing any fitness programs.
No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, our programs are suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors will demonstrate the basic, regular and advanced movements and participants can choose the level of intensity based on their fitness level. As participants build more confidence and get stronger, instructors will at times challenge participants to try higher intensity movements.
Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes have an IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM (IPS) that absorbs up to 80 percent of the impact making it safe for your knees and joints. For first timers, it would only take 5-10 mins to get used to balancing and before you know it you’ll be jumping and running. Our instructor will also provide guidelines to follow before the class begins to ensure you are safe and the proper way of going down to the floor will be taught during class to help you build confidence. Safety of our Members is the studio’s top priority.
