Body Sweat An immersive experience designed to sculpt the body and challenge the mind through powerful and dynamic movements.

This program is a combination of classic Pilates/Barre moves and strength training HIIT coupled with a burst of cardio. Moving to the beat of the music, you will strengthen the muscles in your legs, glutes, arms and abs through a series of fun and energizing choreography that will leave you feeling leaner and stronger.
